Kidlit Haha Week 2025

Welcome back, Funny Friends!

Kidlit Haha Week is back for its second year. Woohoo! Don’t worry. Although we’re two, there are no tantrums here—unless, of course, they’re funny. 

Kidlit Haha Week is a week-long dive into writing and illustrating funny books for children. Each day, from April 1st – April 5th, you’ll find a new blog post written by a funny author right here on Brittanypomales.com that will dive into the nitty-gritty of writing funny. For FREE! 

Last year we were heavily focused on writing fiction picture books but this year we have expanded our content. Shout out to my non-fiction writers, middle-grade writers, and illustrators! This year I’ve got you covered. Thanks for sticking around. 

New this year: We have a Kidlit Haha Booklist for 2025 and 2024 on Bookshop.org. This way you can find books from our guest bloggers and other books mentioned in the daily posts. I earn a slight commission off purchases. The money earned goes towards purchasing the books used for the Kidlit Haha Giveaways.
